Rules & Regulations
* Our carts are street legal, so Texas Motor Vehicle Laws apply!
*DO NOT drive down Hwy 361. Aside from being dangerous it is illegal. Check with your rental company or hotel to make sure you can take your cart to your temporary home away from home.
*DO NOT drive near or into the water. This includes, but is not limited to, bays, boat docks, the shoreline, the Gulf, large puddles etc. Water damage fees will apply.
*Golf carts may not be operated upon any public sidewalk, pedestrian walkway, playground, public park, school ground, or other public recreational area that is not designated for motor vehicle traffic.*Golf carts must move to the right and yield the right of way to faster moving vehicles.

*DO NOT allow anyone who is not authorized to operate the golf cart. There are no exceptions, and this will result in your rental being terminated without refund.

Rental Requirements
* Renter and any potential driver must be 21 or older.
* Renter must provide Valid Driver's License & Proof of Current Auto Insurance
* Renter must provide a Credit or Debit card to place on file.
*Renter must sign the Rental Agreement Form
* At our discretion a $300 Security deposit may be taken at the time of rental.
*DO NOT drive past mile marker 40 on the beach. Mile markers are located on the sand dunes.
*Golf carts must move to the right and yeild the right of way to faster moving vehicles.
*Do not drive into or near the dunes, or anywhere that is not a road. The beach is considered a public roadway.
*DO NOT operate the vehicle without proper restraints at any time. This rule applies to all passengers in the golf cart, and no lap passengers are allowed.
Remember, golf carts are considered motor vehicles in Port Aransas and the same traffic laws apply, including but not limited to seat belts, open containers, DWI laws, car seats, etc.
Remember to fill the tank before returning the golf cart. (Failure to refill the tank will result in a $30 fuel charge to the card on file, unless you OPT IN for the pre paid fuel charge)
